Sarah’s Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Grown mainly on limestone and secondarily on schist soils, this Cabernet Sauvignon was created with the aim of highlighting intense fruity characteristics and soft tannins, while maintaining excellent structure and balance.
Through strict canopy management and harvesting at ideal ripeness, uniform exposure of the grapes and high fruit quality are ensured.
The nose reveals aromas of ripe blackcurrant and dried herbs, framed by subtle spicy notes of oak. The palate is silky and smooth, with rich, ripe tannins and a long finish.

Tasting Notes:
This Cabernet Sauvignon shows notes of blackcurrant, cassis and dried herbs. The palate is structured and soft with a smokey finish.

Red meats like fillet with a mushroom sauce.
