Tasting Notes:
Light ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits and smoky elements, with notes reminiscent of smoked bacon. The palate is dominated by flavors of red cherry and raspberry, while notes of toasted oak follow the aromatic profile of the nose. This is a pleasant and easy-to-drink wine.
The wine was aged 40% in French and American oak barrels, while the remaining 60% was aged in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing:
It is ideal with barbecue ribs with sweet sauce, French fries, and salad or seasonal vegetables.
