Sarah’s Creek Shiraz

The Shiraz 2019 grapes have intense spicy aromas, more expressive than those usually found in the Robertson region.
The nose reveals intense aromas of dark cherry and sweet violet, with subtle notes of pepper. On the palate, the wine is smooth and juicy, with a fresh and long finish.
The Shiraz vines are grown in fertile soils rich in calcium. Combined with the drier climate of the region, the grapes acquire high concentration and health, creating a rich and well-structured wine.

Tasting Notes:
Prominent aromas of dark cherries, tobacco and sweet violets. A hint of pepper on the nose with a long finish.

Slow cooked oxtail with samp and seasonal vegetables.
